i have the x570 arous master it is still on the f3 bios every time i try to update it it tells me invalid bios pic oh its also rev 0,0 ive tried to find its rev but i can only find 1,0 .1.2 rev

Kind of weird that I don’t do it from the BIOS, but alright.

it sucks if you cant use AI suite for ez update because you basically just put bloatware on your pc for no reason. Recommend uninstalling it, if it lets you because Asus is very aggressive with its bloatware systems like Aura, and do it with a USB.

Hi there, I'm using Samsung SSD 850 EVO 120GB which is not on the list of supported SSD for Samsung's Data Migration Software. I want to clone the drive to a new Samsung SSD (probably 970 EVO 250GB, I've not bought it yet). How do I clone my old SSD? Can the old Samsung's Data Migration Software do that? or probably is there any other non-Samsung softwares can clone it? Thanks in advance

Thanks, very helpful. To note, if the source drive is encrypted, (BitLocker for example), the "Data Migration" option will not proceed. To unencrypt the drive on Windows 10; open "Settings", then from the menu, open "Device Encryption", if it indicates "Device encryption is on", click "Turn off". Once the de-encryption completes, turn the computer off and restart. The Samsung software data migration should now work to clone the source drive to the unencrypted target drive. ;

Awesome video! I've never attempted this before. I bought a 2tb nvme SSD 990 pro for my HP envy laptop to upgrade from my 256gb nvme SSD. Piece of advice for other newbies that might run into this problem: Everything ran smooth until I got to the data migration (now seemingly called Samsung magician). It wouldn't allow me to begin the data migration of my 256gb SSD and it only showed "encrypted source drives cannot be replicated" After some research I finally figured out it was because it was encrypted. I had to go to settings>privacy and security> device encryption and turn off the encryption. This took many hours, not sure how long, I just let it run overnight and woke up to it completed. Then when I attempted the data migration again it allowed me to begin the process of cloning the SSD.

People always leave out that the PCI e 16x might turn to 8x8 in sli or not support it at all 4x4 AMD crossfire and so on.This is the most missed explained setup many have bought the wrong setup from not knowing.

Do i need to use ai suite if i need to update bios on a newly built pc

"model of the bios image doesn't match the bios rom currently present" What does that mean? I installed the right bios (tuf gaming B550-PLUS) but after i select that folder it says that. I did extract it and did all i had to do just like the video. What's wrong please help me :)

Should i pick the most updated BIOS version for my mobo on the list? Or should i take the ones that go before the latest bios update?

What if I don't have a cable like that. Can I put a jumper on the correct pins on the board. Mine is a streamer and I don't have a cord like that. It's just a motherboard with a pico PS and some other stuff. Not powering up

it doesnt work for me - my mobo is b760 plus wifi d4 (bios ver 1402 refuses to get updated to the current ver 1658) - trying to install the suite ends with (swedish: "ogiltig klassträng, ProgId:"atkexCom.axdata" which can be translated as "invalid class string") - start to hate asus - end of story
