Mothers accuse Elkhart Family Court of corruption 

Been saying this for a long time. About time local media gets involved.

As one of the 3 children of my mother, Ashley Franklin, I cannot begin to fathom how disgusting it was to see my brother taken away right in front of me, my siblings, and my mom; I'll never forget the day when me and my family were in court when Mary stated, "your three other children aren't involved with the situation" along with judge Bonfiglio taking my mother's custody of my baby brother. The fact that this affects other mothers and fathers is baffling yet oddly reassuring that we aren't alone in this situation. I truly hope Bonfiglio, Mary, and the whole corrupted cultist-esque circle that is the Elkhart family court system gets what's coming to them.

My daughter is Ashley Franklin and she is the best mother to all four of her children. What they have done to her, her four children is absolutely disgusting. They should all be put in jail and removed from their positions of authority immediately for their wrong doings to thousands and thousands of families.

I hope more voices rise up and come forward about the abuses.

Judge is boned, that lady is gonna be boned, and these people WILL have their own kids back.

It's been since 2016 since I seen or heard of my so that is now 15 years old cause of those two people that judge he needs to be sued and Mary Ross needs to be sued too that's probably going happen soon which my youngest son will be doing here soon cause those two people don't need there jobs anymore they are both disgusting people and don't deserve to have their jobs I hope they lose them I hope these mothers get Justice..

This will be unpopular but often the truth is. When anyone disregards court orders and blatantly refuses to follow them, consequences will be had. When court officers see that one parent jumps through all the hoops while the other acts out of self entitlement, seeing themselves above the law, consequences will be had. Children do not need to be raised by parents who feel the rules and laws don't apply to them. When ANY parent refuses to return the child to the custodial parent, there will most likely be charges pressed. When mental illness is present, especially in regards to certain personality disorders, safeguards for the childrens' healthy development must be enforced. When a parent is charged with domestic violence in front of children and a PPO is in place and that parent violates the PPO, consequences will be had.When a parent has multiple charges of DUIs with the children being present, or drug possession with the children being present in the vehicle, consequences will be had. Many of the parents of this movement dont want this type of information to be known as they are merely self victimizing. If half of these parents were investigated even by a civilian, this movement would crumble just due to impeachment of testimony. Kevin should have done a tad bit more homework on this.

I agree they did the same with me and my children no one spoke with my kids and they put them in the hands of a predator I need help

So glad the media is finally starting to show this! I am also a victim to this corruption.

They are both disgusting, that judge does everything that Mary Ratz says, and she is the worst, she has no criteria, nor fair judgment, she omits evidence to favor who I like better, , They benefit those who have more money, they are disgusting!

This personally happened to me as well in 2019 I haven’t been able to see my daughters. After being married and having them for over ten years everyday. I got a divorce and my ex took it personally and lied in court to say I was unfit. It was all false allegations that were never looked into. I wasted over 30,000$ in lawyer fees. For my rights to be violated. Mary and the judge do whatever they want with no repercussions or consequences. He made me represent myself so I had no defense & when I told him I have retained an attorney but she was busy that day and needed to reschedule. He didn’t care and proceeded to to legally take advantage me in court. I’m glad someone is finally stepping up and doing something about the corruption. I could literally write a book on how bad they did me and how it negatively affected me and my children.

Ashley Persley is a habitual liar and vindictive. It’s shocking what she’s willing to do to deny the father his rights to see his daughter, including multiple allegations which have all been dropped. Seeing her here trying to garner sympathy indicates a lack of credible investigation to both sides of the story.

I feel for parents when their children are taken away by strangers but look billlions of fathers have been screw by family courts and no women bat an eye so best for children is for mothers and fathers should not allowed or involve the family court at all but you woman want child support KARMA
