There are some reasons that motivation can be low, perhaps discouraged by negative self talk or lack of interest in the current project or even lack of confidence. Fear of failure must be counteracted, as the longer the negativity continues, the stronger it becomes. A goal is needed, an ambition to achieve, set out clearly and realistically. Perhaps even setting a reward upon accomplishment! Then the subconscious programming must be tackled and that is where Hypnotherapy comes in!
