They call it a no judgement zone but they judge people who lift because we make noise and it makes people uncomfortable. Don't go to the gym if you don't want to hear noise.
Planet fitness is like that. I only joined because it’s a decent gym as far as staying in shape but they have a lot of perks like free tanning ,massages etc.all for $24 a month

I gotta say this about Rich. He is Big as F and regardless of how many "drugs" he may have taken to get there it took years of MASSIVELY hard work and dedication to do it. He doesn't deny drug use and as we all know it is fight fire with fire if you are going to compete in bodybuilding on a high level you had better be prepared for that. He has proven that he knows how to do that too as he is still alive and yes he may not (and he just may) live as long as he may have done otherwise but you know what, he did it his way and he didnt hurt anyone in the process and hopefully he live a long and prosperous life. I hope he does. He pays the price and he reaps the benefits of his hard work and he doesn't f with people. He is what he is like it or not. I pretty much watch all of rich videos his stands out cause of his heart of gold and kindness gotdammit which i had a 5 %% squad to go to the gym im always 1% solo....rich gotdammit we miss always remember for his honesty food over powders.
Sad to say that although these guys bust their ass in the gym to develop their bodies, they have ZERO athletic spirit that older athletes used to have and look like they came out of a cookie cutter machine.
