Thanks so much for posting this. It was really helpful to me. I'm a clinical counseling grad student getting towards the end of my second semester and our Techniques of Interviewing class is beyond severely lacking in giving us any tips on how to interview, different styles, methods, baseline questions, etc. This was very insightful and a much needed good starting point for my learning process in reference to MI.
