MGK is a huge rock fan. You listen to him live he’s more rock than rap to be honest. He draws influence from some rock bands. That’s basically what he grew up listening too alongside of course rap
They wrote the song about their movie based off their book lol That's why it's about their past. It's called the dirt 😂 I do agree though. They should have just used Saints of Los Angeles as the soundtrack.
Yep got that. But tons of bands from the 80’s have songs today that are about the glory days. Idk its like they cant get over the past. Idk maybe I’m just imagining shit. Don’t mind me. I’m just a idiot😞
Thank you for being fair to MGK. To be honest, when I saw your reaction to MGK's new diss track for Eminem, I did not bother to click it because I knew I'm gonna be disappointed. I re-subscribed to your channel. Hehe. As a massive fan of MGK, I have to say that he is more than just a rapper. He plays instruments, acts, does stunts, and even models (hehe). A lot of people hate him for his overconfidence. But to an introvert like me, that trait is admirable. He is also friends with Linkin Park and collaborates with rock bands, that's why I like him. It's not impossible for metalheads to like him (or at least a few of his songs) because of the rock vibe.
so what if they talked about their past, this song is for the younger generation who haven't heard of Motley Crue until the movie came out. they're getting big like they were back in the 80's
This song is for a movie about the glory days. Why shouldn’t it talk about that shit. Second, Vince can’t sing well in a live concert anymore, he’s old and fat, he gets too winded to sing it right. But in the studio with unlimited takes, he can probably record this song.
Isaak Zarazua I could just fake my reactions like most other channels. And act all amazed when in fact its not that amazing 🤷♂️ but then again id rather be real and tell it how it is in my own opinion. I think people respect that more when its real.
