@gait76 Thank you for the reply and also to Wildebube. I found one 5 hours away that was sold but still at the dealer. Drove over to sit on it for size. FIt me fine so I bought a new '08 in January from a dealer in Georgia. Really enjoy the bike. Despite being fairly heavy, it handles wonderfully - falls into a turn just by looking over - and the 2v engine has plenty of power. Good sound too.
... watch that great movie on a regular basis to shorten the time until mine will come into Germany ... really cannot wait .... hope that Giulio in Mandello is just about to fix the last parts and label the box to come to Germany.
@wildebube Thanks for the info. I bought a new '08 in January. FIts me well, handles beautifully, 2V engine has plenty of power with a great sound. Very pleased. Would say that this bike is best on two lane roads with plenty of curves and hills where the handleing makes it a fun ride.
@wildebube Do you still have your 2-valve. I'm thinking ofgetting one, but am concerned about fitting since I'm 6'4" (1.93m). Often I can't get my legs under the tank indentations. There are none close to sit on, but I love the engine sound and look of he bike. Do you think that there is enoug room for long legs?
