What parts can be damaged isnide the moto massage jet ? Am I right if I say that all movements are made because of air and water flow ? There is no need to buy the jet itself probably ?

Yes. all movement of the moto massage is because of air flow

Can you just remove the whole moto massage assembly when it stops working and live without it or will there be a leak somewhere?
