5:33 App Lock & Dual apps can be set-up under "Secure Folder" . Even better than a conventional app-lock as you can set up dual apps within the Secure Folder and all the media is stored inside the Secure folder and not visible to the Main Storage space even while being connected via USB. This feature is still in works for Stock Android device (Pixels) which will be coming up as Private Space as introduced in beta 2 release of Android 15 update.

It saddens me that edge 30 neo was 6.1 inches and then they never made a compact budget phone again :(

Depends on how the update situation is with Motorola now. Everything was almost perfect with the previous Moto UI, except the updates situation. Had Moto pushed updates timely, it would have been just the perfect UI on Android. I hope Hello UI improves the updates situation...

You can clone apps and have dual apps in the Secure folder. But yeah, that's still needed outside.

Great job with the aspect ratio of the video. I need not zoom in to get a better visual experience with loss of some video details on the end.

Wrong & Incomplete Info provided: 1. AOD is available as part of Peek Display feature 2. Secure Folder and App Lock functionality is available 3. App Cloning is also available. Both MY UI and Hello UI have these features and have been available on older Moto phones as well, including Moto Edge 30 Ultra. As a user of moto g9, g52 and edge 40 neo , l don't have much problem with Motorola regarding software updates , yes they are very late but they are stable and mostly not buggy and damaging. They don't ruin the experience for a long time unlike bbk or Xiaomi, etc . But the biggest problem is the resale or exchange value of their phones. They are always very lower than the competition. eg- for moto g9 it is max.₹2700 , for g52 -₹4300 , edge 40 neo - ₹10,000 , which is around 30% less than other brands' phones of same price range.😐😐

Using edge 50 pro for about 3 weeks and i'm loving the hello ui...feels stock with all the essential customisations and the animations are smooth af almost at par with oxygen os...a great value for money purchase...also the ready for features provides great seamless connectivity with my pc which feels super premium, saves a hell lot of time,takes it all a notch higher..

Using Edge 40 Neo with Android 13... abhi tak 14 aaya hi nahi hai... while moto G54 me aa gaya hai....

I'm using Moto G52 since 1.6 years i get 1 year of OS update and Motorola pushing security patch updates in every 2 months. But i got battery drain problem in March security patch update and Moto didn't fix battery problem in May Security patch update.

Owner of a beautiful Edge 40 here in France. Honestly i dont care at all of this new UI and I'm even a bit worried cause I bought a Motorola for having a stock and pure experience not a fancy interface. But above all what I desperately waiting for, is android 14. And hoping for not a buggy one, thanks. Not to mention that I had not received a security patch since March.That's left this background feeling that Motorola has let down this model ( and many others ? ) This Motorola policy update turns out to be a joke. That's' the main complaint of many people, expressed in many topics and forums. And no communication, nothing from Motorola on this particular aspect. You should make and published a video on this crazy motorola update policy, it's going to have a great success ;) and perhaps it'll shake up Motorola staff.

I don't miss AOD, but the peek to display feature is surely missed.....it helped a lot. Please bring it back Motorola🥹

Motorola is improving,good. Now to all people,how about an option to manage window animation speeds out of developer options? Because with stock 1x ,the phone feels laggy,but if dev mode turned on apps like mparivahan,digilocker,banking apps,even bsnl recharge app won't do its work. So either companies should add option to change window animation scale outside dev option or should beg developers to withdraw that from their apps

Yes it does come with that widget, I have moto g34 Bhai ye moto g34 bike se gira aur toot gaya , 100 ka edge to edge screen guard bhi lagaya tha phir bhi crack ho gya Touch works fine though

The peek display is useful enough, from where you can just check the notifications and time . Though that doesn't have the customisation like other Android skins , so yeah it's not that bad if you are boring like me then you would like it 🤷🏽

There is no network speed indicator which is I think is also a big miss. All of my old phones had it. And don't forget that they still don't provide their own gallery app.

you almost killed me with the thin line.

With Moto, it's basically a lottery whether you're phone model will get updates or not. My father's Edge 40 got A14 last month, so did our maid using G54. Another friend using Edge 40 Neo is still on A13 with April security patch😢

Old moto phones wont get hello ui is fine ok!! But they took away my feature(peek display) as well in their android 14 update...like why the hell did you do that motorola... btw im using edge 40

but still not having App lock 🔒 and dual apps facilities like other phones....and of course the stock moto dialer.

I have a moto g73 5g I got a android 14 update but not hello ui. I think Motorola will only give hello ui update to it's premium product line like edge series /fusion series. I think not for G series and e series..

You should tell Motorola to be specific on launch dates ,they said it wad 18th June, but its not all available on any website or stores, no possibility to pre book or buy..next date is 24th..if they are launching they should be ready with nos.
