I love how they encourage each other. Instead of being resentful that Moto isn't home often, Moe congratulates him for his hard work with a business card holder as he had made a big step for himself and the family by starting his own business. In return, he got her a large bouquet of flowers as a token of appreciation for her patience and love. This is so sweet and beautiful to watch. I wish the family a blissful year ahead :)

I love the term 'Graduate' instead of quit. It implies moving on to bigger better things. As someone who left their last job because it was a dead end that was hell on my mental health, it is exactly what I wanted when I quit.

I like how Moe doesn't push Sutan to be social with strangers when she's not feeling like, many parents they do that to their introverted childs and it causes them even more anxiety

My portuguese grandfather was in the same business in Hillbrow Tower South Africa and got a watch that celebrates he's service. Sutan reminds me of me a lot. Somehow with this video I feel like I'm getting to see some of grandfather's world that I never got to see bc we emigrated to another country. Thanks for giving me some of that lost time back.

All this time I assumed Moto had a high-powered office job because of what a nice life he's able to give his family... I'm surprised that maybe he's a restaurant manager? In America, a restaurant manager couldn't afford to live such a nice life, I think. Things are different in Japan, it seems! I'm glad that you and your family can live a happy life doing the work you want to do.

I think it is telling that Sutan, when comfortable, will overpower and control a situation with her charms, cuteness, and antics. But, seeing her become shy and not converse with those asking her questions…this was actually great! Showing yourselves, as people like to say “in reality “(in real life) is worth much more, as someone who likes to watch Suntan’s growth and development, than only showcasing the good, brilliant time. Every child throws tantrums. Every child doesn’t “perform” as we wish they would in certain circumstances.Every child gets overtired and grumpy. Congrats to him and your family. My own parents always wished they could do the same and leave these jobs they've spent years on and start their own business. Tried and failed, but they still keep planning, I'll probably end up graduating college before they're gonna get any headstart again. It does make them happy and more driven, having this goal, so whatever makes them happy.
