@@blue2824 Only thing I can imagine is since it was passing lap traffic it's not the same as passing someone going the same pace as you are? However I believe the purpose for the rules is to limit the danger for the downed riders on the edge of the track so the no passing rule should still be relevant.

29:57, if you go thru Parrish's crash frame by frame. It looks like his right arm get hit by the other bikes swing arm. Then you can see the axle actually grabs his leathers. Good thing it wasn't Ben Hur rules....

37:47, Hoffman should not have been penalized for that pass. Parrish's turn entry is further to the outside than all the other riders, he left the door way open. Imho...

There was a bike laying on the edge of the track, in the chicane and a track marshal trying to pick it up. I don't understand how Landers wasn't penalized. It a tough call thou, the lapper Landers passed, slowed down way to much...imho.
