MotoGP 2018 Crashes REACTION 

These are quite tame crashes, most are lowsides which is when the front loses grip and you slide across the floor. They are more or less painless although you will get minor injuries, they are doing up to 200mph on some circuits. The painful ones are highsides, which is when the rear loses grip slides and suddenly gets grip and shoots you into the air. Nowadays the tracks are so safe and the barriers so far back that the life threatening injuries are rare. Don't get me wrong there have still been deaths like Simon Simoncelli. What makes places like Isle of Man and Ireland so spectacular and dangerous is that you don't have that runoff. It is the 'furniture' that makes it more risky, 99.9% of the time it isn't the falling off that is the danger, it is the hitting something hard that is the problem. If you slide off a bike at 200mph you will get burns and possibly minor sprains or breaks at worst. You hit something at 200mph that doesn't move like a lamp-post, wall, tree, and you will do serious damage internally. That is why I have great respect for riders, especially those who do real roads racing like the Isle of Man and the Irish roads. :)

Most crashes happens at the corners.

The crash at 9:16 was Michele pirro, he was knocked unconscious and had a dislocated shoulder, I had the unpleasant experience of watching it live.

TT isle of man is dangerous because it's a road race....but this Motogp racer are faster.Cause this motogp bikes are build to race....

Those bikes are worth about a million bucks each.

Two main types of crashing, low siding which was most of the crashes in the beginning and high-siding where the back tire comes around and flips you off like a horse. The suits are air bags so as soon as they come off the bike the suit inflates and protects them, but there have still be some riders die. These guys are trained out to low side and ride it out. They low side because of too much brake in the corner, if you apply too much front brake you're going to lose the front end and slide out.
