Thank you for your answer. It reminds me that this theory is used in RC motocycle. One DC motor is for front and back and the other one is for turning steering wheel left and right. 👍👍👍
Could I use the motor power wires from a servo as the inputs on this to the be able to control a 12Volt motor. Eg to make a 12Volt servo running of if RC receiver 5volt
I find the worst thing about the l298n is the size of the board. Especially if you're using mechanum wheels or something. The smaller drivers burn out super quick. I bought a kit with 5 mechanum wheels and the frame and once you put the 2 l298n modules and arduino on it there's no room for sensors. The kit was over 100 bucks too.
If this IC L293D fails, would it cost symptoms in RC car such as back wheel turning forth unstoppable and steering wheel flips left and right itself without touching RC unit?
