Wonderful ride with Goldie and lots of historical information the 360 camera does a super job and makes it more interesting Thanks Rog and ride safe..Pete 🍀🍀🍀
Thanks Nick, it's amazing just what little gems are hidden away in places we think we know. Since I started these rambles I've tufned up lots of interest stuff I never knew existed. Cheers, Rog.
Love it great interesting video as always just love these videos as all that you make I love the history of the air bases as I love anything to do with ww2 keep making them ride safe I’m waiting for the next one bye for now 👍👋
Great to see you back. Missed your streams . the weather has been very poor over here in Ireland and stopped me getting out . Looking forwards to more of your streams keep safe and well. Thanks 👍👍👍Thanks very much for covering Elvington 👍👍👍
As usual your always interesting, and it's good to see the GoldStar out and about. I'm also bringing mine out of mothballs but i doubt I'll be wearing my recently purchased summer jackets for some while yet.
Thanks a lot, its great to be back on Goldie, glad to hear yours will be out soon too. No, I don't think my summer gears going to get used for a while either, that's Britush weather for you😂😂😂 Cheers.
Having grown up around the hilly South Downs, and now living amongst mountains, this has made me wonder, if we have been to the highest point of your home county? Oh, just realised why there are several Airstrips and the like around your area... it's all flat! Good to see, and hear Goldie back out 'n about, and looking forward to part two. See ya, S.
Yorkshire is a big county with some very high hills and peaks so I haven't been to the highest point yet. Down at the southern end of the County, where I am, it's a lot flatter as we come into Lincolnshire so ideal for airfields in WW2. It's great being back out on Goldie. Cheers Steve
Good to see Goldie back out & about. Got me thinking about the differences 'tween Harold & Goldie. Wondering if BSA will release a scrambles/trials version as they did back in the day, I think it would be a success. I guess these days it would be considered an 'ADV' variant.
Thanks, it's great to be back out on her. Yes, I'm sure a scrambler version would be very popular, the couple of 'specials' that are around certainly cause a lot of interest.
Thanks for watching, hope you found it interesting. I have a little local knowledge but most of the history and odd facts I find by research as I'm plotting a route.
