Hey Tony great video as always. With nearly 15,000 stores (75% of the market) and growing 711's don't and won't have much competition. Combine the shear numbers with the fact that over half are owned outright by CP Foods who controls franchising for Thailand means CP controls the franchises as well. CP expects to open another 700 in Thailand in 2024 as well. The good news is 711 Thailand have good products good foods reasonable and convenient. Cheers! Allen

Tony, “I made it all the way to the end” of the video 😂. I really enjoyed the video as you traveled a route I did many times on a motorbike or a bicycle during my stay. Like in your video I found it really convenient to do during the morning hours. On a bicycle, I was really able to explore the alleyways, as well. Your camera work in the video was excellent 🙏🏻.

Hi Tony this was a great video and I did watch it until the end. I will be checking out all different areas in old city for the next few weeks. I am also going to go to Chiang rai to check out the white, blue and red temple which is very new.

I've been riding in California for decades, so splitting lanes is no big deal for me, and it made it easier to adjust to riding in Chiang Mai. Riding without a helmet is, to be polite, not the most intelligent decision, fine or not! As far as riding on the left, I was riding a scooter inside the city for a couple weeks, and when I rented the big bike and got out into the mountains, it felt natural.

Sometimes we do not even see a comment. What I mean is that it never appears for us to see. We noticed that a lot were in a category called held for review and by the time we looked at it, some of the ones were expired and we could not view them anymore.
