Thanks RJ! Great question, probably dealing with diagnostics when someone else has messed with a bike. It's much easier to restore a stock bike versus one that someone has already messed with.

I use Super Clean Degreaser! Purple Power is another popular degreaser/cleaner. I'd recommend either of those
