Noraly is demonstrating the best reasons to ride a motorcycle: Seeing the world, meeting nice people, eating different foods, etc. One doesn't even need to travel thousands or even hundreds of miles to experience it. Just get out and ride somewhere!
@@longnthin Take a look at any list of richest people and then tell me how we should be concerned with how much Noraly has. If people were paid based on how much good they do, she'd have far more money than she does. I can see she's rich but, it has nothing to do with money.
As someone born and raised and living in Smithers BC, I was reminded of how much beautiful scenery I take for granted every day. I suppose it happens to those who live in the beautiful tropics as well. Thanks for showing the whole world our amazing country.
I only come to enjoy the full view of Canadian countryside through Noraly's rides along British Columbia. Thanks to you Canada for being the most beautiful country in the world (to my own eyes seen on Noraly's vlogs).
I’m just home to Nava Scotia from a 3,200 km bike ride around the Quebec Eastern Townships, Ottawa North and back roads New Brunswick. I’m happy to see how well Noraly shows the world what motorcycling in Canada is like. Her own words “what an amazing place”
I agree beautiful in summer, tough go in winter. Most of those folks go to snowmobile and sleds in winter. Maybe an episode with snowmobiling once you get to Alaska? Carry on!
I have toured throughout Canada several times during the past 40 years and it is without doubt one of the most beautiful country's on the planet . As my old Grandmother used to say " it's God's country "...My sister has lived in Canada for many years so I have this family connection . BC, Alberta are my favourite provinces and are just stunning . With a very small population this country is one of the great natural wilderness's still left to roam free. The air is clean , crisp and makes you feel alive . The wildlife is plentiful and the rockies are just incredible . The people I have met are freindly and so welcoming ...Itchy Boots ( Norally) is doing something most of us will never do and for that I can only say " I am envious of your commitment and adventure "- I am 70 now and have travelled all over this world and still feel Canada is right at the top of any list . God speed you intrepid Dutch lady and may your travels become a memory to tell your grandchildren ...
Amazing cinematographic views, especially with the drone and the musical accompaniment. Absolutely masterful. Thank you for all the work you put into making these videos of your experiences.
Breathtaking day, Noraly! I can only imagine how it was to experience in person. The drone footage and music were just spectacular. Your videographer skills never cease to amaze me! What a fun time you will have in your old age…looking back at all the adventure you shared with millions of people!
I grew up in the centre of a large city, and the wall next to my bed was resplendent with a giant photo mural of the tree-covered mountains of Canada in Autumn. It was stunning, and I saw it and dreamed every day. These views are simply beyond stunning! This is as near as damned perfect a scenery as one could ever imagine. The virgin beauty is astonishing, and Noraly has done a spectacularly crisp job of showing it!! Well done..>!!
I’ve lived my whole life in British Columbia, from small towns like Babine Lake to the “big”cities like Vancouver. Noraly, thanks for showing the world what the vastness and variety that BC has to offer. Enjoy your trip northward from Kitimat … I hear the rides northward to Cassiar are spectacular.
This is history in making. These video's can be used in geography classes, tourism purposes and many more. Noraly has set a benchmark of moto travel series.
She misses so much , being on a deadline , and having to cram her adventures into a short time slot. For example Smithers has amazing scenery worthy of an hours video alone.
@@marialouise3688 This is videography at the absolute best. But yes, It would be so nice if she could spend more time at different locals. She missed all of Georgia, North and South Carolina etc etc and much of the USA. Those are sights and smells like no where else on earth!
It is beautiful, and the experience of 'being alone' when one is out in the bush in my estimation is the greatest feeling of being free and able to breathe. I have experienced driving for 5 hours in Northern Canada without seeing another human being or car, and the feeling is fantastic, so long as you are prepared and can take care of yourself.
@The Old Husky Perhaps, but she was probably behind that amount of time due to being in very remote locations with no wifi, I doubt she is 14 days behind now.
Currently watching from both ends, Canada travels on one end, Africa on the other. I noticed Noraly's map was personalized for her in Africa. In the lower right corner it said "LEGEND".
I was talking to my husband this morning about Noraly’s plans to ride to Alaska. When I told him she was in BC and headed to Alaska he said “does she know that that highway is mud and gravel? I hope she knows how to ride on dirt.” I just had to laugh.
I've traveled the Alaska highway, from Dawson Creek to Haines Junction, Yukon when it was all gravel from Dawson Creek, over twenty times, as well as the Dempster highway to Fort McPherson, which was sharp crushed rock (ruining tires). So nine hundred miles of gravel to Whitehorse from Dawson Creek (mile zero), then hundreds of miles more gravel to Alaska back in the 1970's. I've traveled the Alaska highway at every time of year, in every condition, which meant a lot of mud, dust, snow and ice back in the day. I hear the highway is paved now.
The video you just watched was likely filmed in June and not September. Noraly has probably completed her journey by now. As she says in this video, the warm weather has finally arrived. That would make it June not September.
Noraly my mother and I follow you from Colombia and we have seen the trip through Africa, I especially love the Kalahari Rally. You're the best. And my mother's hero. You are closer to Alaska. More success and take care. Greetings from Costa Rica. Pura vida!
The scenery in British Columbia certainly rates as some of the most amazing you’ve ridden through. This journey is certainly proving that the beauty of the Americas just keeps on giving 😮… thanks so much for bringing us all with you to share these amazing places 👍
Mark Twain: Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one's lifetime.”
The sights, the sounds and your even temperment have enabled me to calm myself. Even when things don;t go according to plans you seem to get get around the missteps all with a smile on your face. Thank you Norely for the adventue of a lifetime in your travels. May God bless you.
@@stigpalm1922 that is an excellent idea,so much terrain to cover.however, she is on a mission to Alaska and has probably already arranged transport of her bike back to Europe or a new destination. She now has a well established “brand” and will need to present new content to further the brand.
@@stigpalm1922 Not enough time. Canada is big. From Anchorage to St Johns is over 9,000 kilometers. Plus, winter comes early up here. For example, in British Columbia snow tires are mandatory starting October 1st. Not sure if there's a delay to when she uploads her videos, but if there isn't, it's conceivable that she isn't even able to finish this trip. First snow up there is usually mid-october, but it's not unheard of to get snow as early as now (mid-september). Esp thru some of the passes. Wishing her luck!
@@buffalosojourn4 Yes correct and agree with you she can manage this trip to Alaska as she has planned. I'm from Sweden and have some knowledge regarding snow, however not distances as in Canada...haha!
Noraly, thank you. Your adventure story has brought calm to me. Thanks for your incredible work capturing the beauty of all the places you've been . Your editing is beyond RU-vid quality, I can't believe we have such opportunity to enjoy it so freely , thank you .. I wish you the best travels and stay safe.. until next video 👍 James
Noraly, you are the true defination of a DICHOTOMY! A Dutch woman, riding a japanese motorcyle, thru the Canadian pacific northwest, stoping foa a lunch of a traditional Hawaiin dish, and an Italian beverage. I do not know what else to add to make it more unique. I LOV IT!!! And on top of all that, some of the best scenery and mountain views. You manage to add a cute touch with the dogs and puppies on the farm. If you move there, just remember to park Alaska and get your snowshoes! Safe travels and God bless, always praying for your safety.
It only taken me 6 weeks to watch everyone of your videos.. and I've enjoyed them so much.. not sure what I'm going to watch everyday now.. but I'm very happy to now be up to date and I can now watch the rest of your videos as you upload them.. Thank you Noraly for all of your time and effort you put into your videos I really appreciate your hard work. Ride Safe.. 🤟😎
The owner of the AirB&B looked so serene as if he had attained 'nirvana'...living in such a peaceful haven would do that to you i guess...another picturesque ride🔥
Wow, the drone shot of the big river and the mountains was fantastic. When you were talking about whether you could live there, I was thinking that this must be the grandest house-hunting trip ever! So many roads, so little time. Happy trails!
I started watching season 6 two months ago. It gave me chills as the reality set in that I'd just witnessed Noraly drive from Quito, Ecuador to Bugwood cafe in Smithers, BC of all freakin' places. I have such wonderful memories of trips to Alaska and she ends up THERE of all places. At THAT restaurant. What the heck Noraly. Quit putting me in such a good mood all the time :)
Thank you again Noraly for showing the beauty of North America. In my late senior years, I doubt that I would be able to see all this . Riding on the back of your bike is the next best thing.
Unless you're in Onterrible...... 200 dollar "trail pass"....1000 dollar insurance....licencing....no leaving the trails....no crown land exploring.... and cops snooping around asking for "papers" and breathalyzers.
Glorious views and a rare sunny day. At 7:29 53.815684 -125.909348 At 8:34 53.781499 -125.990845 River flowing out from Nechako Reservoir. Also known as Skins Lake. This river eventually joins the Fraser River at Prince George (the place Noraly obtained new spring). At 9:15 53.944763 -126.461643 Drone view. Spectacular! Nadina Mountain in the background. Wow. How ever does she know this is going to be so spectacular? 10:01: Same location but view to northeast by drone, Lake Francois, same as crossed north to south yesterday(ish) by ferry. At 11:07 54.775142 -127.156744 Smithers Interesting that she has been approximately following upstream the Nechaco River from Print George. This river joins the Fraser River and empties at Vancoover. Smithers, however, is on the Bulkley River that goes northwest joining the Skeena River then going southeast popping out at the ocean near Prince Rupert. At 13:05 53.955621 -128.709526 Drone view looking south at Kitimat Arm of the Pacific Ocean.
@@bncrad1 "She would have to back-track North to get to the Cassier highway" Maybe. Noraly has surprised us in the past. Maybe a boat ride to Prince Rupert. Anyway, there's a Kitamaat Village and she loves history and geology. She may be going (has already gone) north on highway 17 to Watson Lake thence via Alcan highway to Alaska near Tok. This far north few roads exist. We're also getting into Gold Rush territory so there could be a lot of interesting history.
@counselthyself Yes, I noted the proximity to Stikine river and its spectacular countryside. Rainforest would be a very good attraction; I've been to the Hoh rainforest in Washington.
@counselthyself I have been as far as Campbell River on Vancouver Island, before it became a touristy place (well it was a tourist destination a long time ago but not very developed). What this means for Itchy Boots sleuthing is that a sunny day is such a rare event it can be used effectively to discover when she was there (by my estimation, June 26th).
That was Canada like in tourism advertisements! The drone is such a beautiful tool there! 🤗 …and isn´t it strange how all the scary big dogs turn into the total floofy cuddlebugs once their dad is standing next to them giving them some cuddles? 😍 I grew up with such a dog, probably even a tad heavier than the Turkish shepherds there. They are all the same! 🤗 That's another day made! 🥰☺ See you on Monday! 🤩
I love the Canadian countryside. So fresh and beautiful. Thanks so much, Noraly, for riding with you. Take good care always. Prayers ride with you too.
Your reaction means so much to me, Noraly. I'm your avid fan. For a bike lover like you, my youthful passion was to roam the countryside on a bike. I wonder what will i do next after you meet your goal. Well, i know now. I will just watch and rewatch your vlogs. There are lots of them, and i guess i can spend the whole year watching them all over again. Please take good care. God bless you wherever you go.
Remember British Columbia like it was yesterday but it had been 35 years since I've been there .nothing has changed just as beautiful as I remembered ❤
I always give a like 👍 before i watch any of your videos cause i already know it's gonna be really good and also just so i dont forget to leave a 👍 after the video ends 😀
Thank you for showcasing the natural beauty of my Province. I truly hope that once you've reached Alaska, you decide to come and explore more of what BC has to offer. Cheers!
That was a great road trip Noraly. The scenery was beautiful. I love it when you show your meals and the places you stop to eat. I had a wonderful time watching your adventure. Regrettably I must report that I sold my beautiful 2021 Honda CRF 300L this past week. I only had it 3-1/2 months. Such a pity but I needed the money to buy a bulldozer to clean up my property and to build a nice pond for fish. I still own my other two less valuable motorcycles and they will have to suffice for now. When I hear the sound of your "Alaska" I miss my Honda twice as much. But such is life. Guy in Columbia Mississippi
Our planet is truly amazing thank you Noraly for sharing your awesome adventures with us folks I am travelling with you but from my armchair... Every episode is like 'wow' loving it
Everyday I try to imagine what Noraly has instore for us next. What's around the next bend in the trail? And 3 days a week my expectations are exceeded.
What a wonderful day of exploring in BC! The aerial views are great and really bring the scenery into perspective. The dogs barking? Lol… They are just doing their job! Anything that moves gets a continuous bark until all his well. Noraly, the day of riding was very nice in beautiful weather. Thank you for sharing another day with us! Ride safe!
Waw, this life of these family reminds me my life when I was in my father farm before I came to the UK , we have dogs , cows and cats,. yes Live in the nature none appreciates it unless you experience it, I can imagine peace and tranquility you feel while you staying in that beautiful house surrounded by nature
I'm always amazed at what beautiful scenery Noraly captures! whether by drone or her other camera's I've been to 28 of the 50 states and 15 countries, I've never seen anything more beautiful than British Columbia Wow! Noraly has a knack for finding awesome scenery wherever she goes I can't be there in person, but that's ok We have our travel guide Noraly!!😀
Between Tr#&* bs and the late Queens vigil & laying in state... Thank you for the break and positive boost! Greetings from Germany to all Itchy Booters and especially to the Brits over there😔😔😔🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
Every time there is coming a new episode, I feel like a little child. Like it's my birthday, so excited! It is just so great to watch. Beautifull, amazing en Noraly makes every video interesting, lovely and informative also. Thank you! ❣️🤗
Another "Magical" part of your journey, I'm becoming even more envious as what you show in your video is somewhere I will never ever go, and it's just so beautiful.I love It!!!
