Bill what exactly is stow assist per the MG Tour pro update page?

The MotorGuide Tour Pro trolling motor's Zero-G lift assist system uses nitrogen gas pistons to make stowing and deploying the motor easier. MotorGuide claims that the Zero-G lift assist system requires half the effort to stow compared to competitors' assist mounts. Hope this helps

My problem is my unit want turn 360 from left to right. I’m about 270 esh from left to right.
