What is the BBZtv? The BBZtv is not a place but a state of mind. It is somewhere where fishermen can go for cutting edge angling information. Not the manufactured kind designed to sell lures, but the stuff that keeps an angler moving forward.
There are no annual dues and no membership requirements other than a willingness to look beyond the norm.
Face it, there are plenty of magazines, books, videos and television programs out there claiming to be the answer. They talk of "secrets" and "can't miss" techniques, yet deliver only thinly-veiled product endorsements and regurgitated, rewritten tactics of yesteryear.
The BBZtv is something else. It is a zone where you check your ego at the door and then open your mind to all the possibilities. A zone where the so-called "rules" of fishing are there to be broken, where no angling dictum is truly sacred and where the only real mistake is not thinking for yourself.
the british have been using finely balanced pencil bobbers for ages.... incredibly sensitive and obvious bite detection..the pencil floats even have the "bb" split shot weight number on them. can even be used for baits sitting on the bottom.....IIRC that's called "Ledger" style.
So I ordered a shimano 12 401f , it's supposedly a upgrade to the TE but I read somewhere they don't have breaks ? Please let me know if you know I've been going crazy trying to find out
Dude I love fishing in the weather !! This is so inspiring!! Throwing big baits in the storm I just bought an original bbz one the other day hoping to get a monster soon these videos are giving me hope
are they still making these??? just got me one so hopefully motorguide stays in business.. their social media has been silent going on 6 months!! has me worried
Can't wait to grab a pack or 5. Thanks for chatting with me at the Classic. Took out the samples you handed me and wrecked 'em on a small pond. Can't wait for tourney time! Hoping they will come out with the 2.5" in the purple silver glitter color!
That bait looks awesome!!! I can't wait to get some. I'm a bank angler, mostly fishing ponds close to home because my fishing time is limited. This 2.5" size will be perfect for me at the ponds that I normally fish for bass and crappie and for the rare occasion when I do get to go trout fishing.
Motorguide won’t do anything for me. Just left me hanging with this thing not working right. It’s been on my boat for two years sitting in the yard because it made me give up fishing..
I am so sorry to hear this and no matter what, you should never give up on fishing! Fishing is what makes all of us tick.... I do not know if I can help, but I am here. If the unit is over 2 years old, I know there has been a lot of updates and improvements. Thanks for watching.
no mention of the water temps, no contour map showing what you are targeting.....no picture on sonar screen to relate to what was seen.....in short, nothing of educational value...sorry!
WOW, Thanks for watching. No water temp... none needed as this bait will perform in all temps. If its winter and you know the water is cold then this bait will work year around. No contour map, wow great observation, you can see me throwing at a rock wall with most of my cast...basically throw to the bank and work out or from shore you can throw out and work in....This is not about FFS and playing video games watching a graph, its basic fundamentals of fishing. Being educated is more than being hand fed everything so you do not have to think anymore about catching fish. Time on the water and finding the right tools to help anglers catch more fish maybe is more about the right tools...... I gave an example of what this bait can do with all types of fish, what fish and how YOU go about catching them is part of learning. You must not have watched any other videos I put up on theBBZtv. Hummmmm, what fishing videos do you have, books, lures, techniques have you helped others with? I'm waiting? Maybe you should just fish more and leave the watching fishing videos to others that see the big picture.. Thanks ;)
@@thebbztv I have a tremendous fishing background and have given live seminars on fishing....sorry, you missed the mark and now, you are trying to make me look silly, but it isn't working. Unlike the other people on here, I chose not to blow smoke up your behind with false compliments. Your main goal in this video was to encourage sales of this new lure, period.....
@@DrGargani Well you are the greatest! Our first place win Saturday is what proves the bait works and that sells baits, handing out a bait as another angler that watched the same video that you did took 2nd place on that bait...hummm He was able to watch and learned a lot to take home some good cash....Silly is thinking you know more than you know, or trying to computer troll a video to say how good your are.....Bravo my man! Your tremendous fishing background oh and live seminars (that's a good one, what do you do there? try and tell people how good your sponsors baits are to make sells?) have made you to miss the mark. LOL. Maybe it's time to set back and rethink things and become a true student of the game, There is more than just videos to troll. Go fish and learn from the real teachers! The bass.... :) PS. Send me all your videos of you teaching and your seminars, I would love to watch them...
@@DrGargani Oh shit, I just looked at your RU-vid Channel.....1 Subscriber and 1 video from 14 years ago.... Oh lord! You really don't know shit! Good Bye!
@@thebbztv my my, temper temper! How personal you took my original comments! Instead of sitting back and saying: Hey! Maybe I could make my video more informative. Notice that my critiques were solely of the value of your video for teaching purposes: I did NOT try to malign your ability of knowledge of fishing, as you have of me. And I never said I knew more than you, I merely asked for more detailed information, so, If I thought I knew "everything", why would I have asked for more information?? Yes, I have been "around the block", but fishing is a lifetime learning experience, and If I thought I had nothing more to learn, I wouldn't be here on RU-vid watching various videos.
Will a high-thrust transom motor jack knife a 14-foot aluminum boat even if set to the slowest speed, I need the higher trust for my river fishing, but I also need a slow speed for casting and trolling in lakes I just don't want to go airborne. I will mostly be using it for bass fishing in the Columbia in Oregon with heavy current, but I do not need a trolling motor that goes faster than I need it to when set to a low setting. But once again, I need a motor that has at least 70 LB thrust for the heavy current and running tide at times without the airtime. 14 foot aluminum boat
I grew up in a 14' Aluminum and all we used were electric TM. back in the day 30 to 40 pounds thrusts was all we had. 70 to even the 109 MG would be awesome for a 14' boat and it will fly. The only reason you would jack knife is if you put it on hi and let go the handle. also they all have variable speeds. while sitting in place you can back troll and it works great. Hope this helps
at least it went as long as it did, listening to that and I'm still alive.... nothing can hurt me after hearing that "music"? there is a song called its raining men but this is way worse and gayerer
Great video. Some very helpful info here, thanks. I've only had the new tour pro for almost 2 weeks and had it out twice so far. I love it, but both times, it took well over an hour for the motor to find a gps signal. Does anyone know if this is a common issue or if there is an easy fix?
Thanks for watching. I do find that I loss GPS up in the mountains at my local lakes. seems like the places I do not get cell service is about the same places I loss GPS. Doesn't happen a lot but a few times. When I set up mu TM I make sure I am in open water with flat land if possible. the more satellites that you have connected helps when you get in the places that have more mountains. When I calibrate my TM I do it 3 times to connect to as many satellites as [ossoble. this may help you as well. Hope this helps
Thanks for watching, when you find time you should look up the design patents for my rat and tail designs. Also one of the lead designers over at FishLab now as well. Good research makes people look smart. ;) Have a great day and go fishing.
lol. NOT HAVING TO DO THAT AT ALL SEPARATES GOOD COMPANIES FROM BAD. You are saying if it goes haywire to push a code in the remote and then saying that separates good companies. 😂😂😂
Wow just seeing this out of the box ru-vid.comUgkxQr1yd4Zc6qJF-scTB6Zb9dQbVpviuRxB recommend I have yet to fish with this set up, but based on the first hands on appeal, I can tell this is going to change the way i pack and carry to a whole new level. If you fish like i do, you know the smaller and less stuff the better. I’ve added a photo of just some of my gear so you can see how serious i am about fishing.

It’s just another way to take your money and control the lake .. if his cousin would come thru.. you think they would fail him.. they have zero right to restrict dirt water and rock to the public..
