Your hair looks good , hope you manage to keep it all ok for you. Condition is looking better anyway . Fingers x. Poor JP how do you manage to do so much driving, I would be tired, hehe. Those little bears are so nice my. Dry dear friend send me one, when I went into hospital. You can buy a really nice purple shampoo that gives a nice colour to your hair it comes out almost white.

Lol , fat isn't inherently bad that is because its seed oils not real fat, animal fat, along with butter, coconut pip ans avocado oil is very healthy and we need it for proper hormone function .
