All Chrome West Coast Choppers bicycle, extended seat, 203mm front disc brake, Ported and Polished 66cc motor, stuffed case, Billet sprocket and mount.
That bike is sweet man im builing mine soon have a different idea on mounting motor would love love to see how you did it please post another video on that
Thanks for sharing this on YT. First off, I must compliment you on your very clean, smart and minimalistic build. Many of these motorized bikes just get too busy looking, with all their bulky hardware and excessive cables and misc. essential parts required to practically motorize them. Yours is so beautifully and simplistically clean and functional. It looks light and gracefully slim, like it was designed with a motor and not just a bunch of crap bolted on to convert it to motorized. The two things I love about this is that you did away with a goofy ugly and potentially hazardous chain tensioner. DOES THIS WORK WELL, WITH NO CHAIN DERAILMENT? How often must you adjust for chain stretch? The second thing I love is the way that all cables and wiring is so neatly tucked away and routed within the frame tubing. WAS THIS A PARTICULARLY DIFFICULT TASK TO FISH THRU TUBING? The wiring and cabling mess is a drag and necessary evil I have had to deal with. I hate exposed zip ties they are so ugly. Wiring is the thing that has kept my bike from having a rear brake light and better illumination up front. I have been thinking of a way to install some sort of storage battery and have contemplated niCad D size cells inside of the frame tubing somehow. Better yet some type of liPo cells somewhere without bundle of wires in and out of the headlight. I at one point has a old school headlight bike generator but the bracket and tire sidewall generator was too much, just as speedometer and brake cables become just too much stuff. Third thing that is so nice, is the fact that you did this on a Jesse James Huffy. Once again making for a much more unique build . Occ chopper builds are so much more common and easier. But the Occ Chopper Schwinn doesnt look nearly as light weight or so airy and smooth custom. I built my Schwinn OCC motor bike on a whim before I knew about these things where so regularly being done. I shopped bike frames on Craigslist and first bought a Phat beach cruiser frame and it just wasnt practical fit for the motor and had to shop more aware. I saw a JJ advertised and a OCC frame and looking at the pictures in the ads, the Occ looked more do able and more beefy with its unique rear swingarm style tubes and the ultra wide 4+1/2 inch rear tire tipped the decision towards the OCC. Now I got that outta the way, think maybe try a JJ if I build a second one. One thing I found out after building one,,, I orig thought it would be a quick dumb novelty and once built would probably move along and not play with it too much. Just a passing toy to get board with. The fact however is once completed, I loved that thing and rode the hell out of it until I completely wore the thing out! My back tire ended up worn thru until one day the tube actually buldged out and a big bubble appeared ! Since then I intend to tear it down and rebuild a new improved version 2 if I ever get around to it. Motor work with reed valve is definately planned improvement!
I thank you very much for the compliments it was a very fun build. The motor mounts allowed me to slide the motor forward or backwards or roll it left or right to be able to get perfect chain alignment and I've had no problem with it coming off. I know what you mean about widing it too much, I love this thing and I'm already on my 2nd Jesse James rear tire. I was so lucky to find an original Chrome JJ bicycle that was in perfect condition to start the project with. I use a small rechargeable bicycle tail light and for the headlight I was going to use a 3S lipo cell from my RC car and use an LED bulb for low draw and mount everything inside the headlight housing with no wires exposed. Thanks again for your compliments.
@@52drj You are welcome and thank you for your reply too. Yes indeed, these are more fun than most people would imagine. I am on rear tire number four and onto revision number two point five of the bike. I would love to hear more about how you did your front brake. That is a major problem with my bike and another reason I keep others from taking it for a spin! My latest revision of my OCC Schwinn now has a spoiler front fork section with springer suspension. The Springer forks do have tabs for a brake caliper and enough clearance to utilize a rotor. I just haven't found a way to mount a rotor to an ordinary front wheel.... My bike and motor are very worn at this point and it is overdue for complete overhaul. It has become a series of fix or repair out on the trail. Last trip I was riding the Santa Ana River trail and was about 18 miles out when broke a clutch cable.... Managed to get her running by ackward manual hand activation of clutch belcrank on the crankcase and pedaling away down a slight incline. But I ended up screwed when I ran outta gas about mile and a half away from my truck on way back!!!!!!! It is time for overhaul and rebuild rev.3 and make her all pretty again. Going to add saddle bags for electrical system and route cables internally like yours.
Hello to you who are reading, how are you? I want to announce good news to you, I don't know if you've heard, a little about Salvation. I want to tell you: THERE IS A GOD WHO CAN FORGIVE YOUR SINS. HE has a law, and we cannot obey it perfectly, we disobey it and sin, sin is like a crime before God. Our sins bring condemnation upon us, and eternal codenation. But still, even if we are flawed, God is merciful, for this God sent his Son Jesus Christ on this earth to save the world. Jesus is the Son of God. Jesus was the one who fulfilled the law of God perfectly, HE pleased God. And when Jesus was here, he did good to all and healed those oppressed by the devil, he performed miracles, signs and wonders, the blind saw, the deaf heard, the dumb spoke, the lame walked and the dead were raised, because God was with he. Jesus was a man who stretched out his hands to the fallen and did not step on them. Jesus came to save and seek what was lost. JESUS is the Lamb of GOD who takes away the sin of the world, and so according to GOD's plan, JESUS was rejected, was wronged and was condemned to death, and death on a cross. In this God proves his love for us, in that Christ died nailed to a cross on our behalf, he died for our sins, Jesus was punished in our place. He was buried, and on the third day God raised Jesus from the dead, breaking the bonds of death, because it was impossible for death to hold him, Jesus had no sin, he could not remain dead. Christ's resurrection proves that God's work was complete, perfect, and effectual. After Jesus was resurrected, he gave commandments to his disciples, and the Lord Jesus was taken up into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God. God now announces repentance to all men. JESUS CHRIST is the Judge who will judge the living and the dead, what GOD is now announcing to all people is repentance. Repent of your sins, forsake your sins, Believe in Jesus Christ, you cannot be saved by your good works, only Jesus can forgive your sins and save your soul, believe in Him today, repent today.

Idk that he didn’t weld cause at 2:30 he said “aside from the drill holes I didn’t modify the frame in any way so I can always put it back to factory” (not verbatim but close) Then why is the seat post cut to fit the engine? How did he mount the disc brake to the forks? Weld? I don’t think it’s as legit as we think it is.

I'm doing a build with this exact frame. Any tips on if the original frame needs a new motorcycle style fork? If so do you know the dimensions? It's hard to find help or info on these frames. Also. Do you find the tires hold up? Or would you suggest buying some new ones?
Very cool I'm getting the Harley Davidson chopper bycicle and ordering a100 cc bike engine I'm going to take off the chopper forks and ordering Springer forks for it
I have some ? For u I have a chopper like that I stand at six foot three I do I go about raising up the seat an I like that chopper but for get the peddling I want to put a pit bike motor on mine so what type of work do you sujust for me
@52drj could you make another video on how you built it? It will help us out and you will get a ton of views and likes on another video tutorial. I bought a west coast chopper and I’m ready to make it look like yours, but I have questions on how you put the motor on and how you added the front brake and everything else. Thanks man!
Nice, better looking than my 2004 J.J. Where did you get the seat ? Can you send the link ? Does it mount to the fat bar ? I like your hidden cables & wires, Bad Ass Chopper.
The seat came from Gasbike.net, but I had to cut off the seat post and reweld it 5" forward to give me leg room and get the angel of the seat just right.
I cut a 4" piece of 1 3/4" roll bar pipe lengthwise for the two half rounds and then used some 1/8" plate, bent and drilled and then welded it all together. It allows me to slide the motor forward and backwards to adjust the chain.
I will have to go out and measure it but I just ordered the clamp-on adapter for a coaster brake and it fit real good, it has a 44 tooth sprocket and it's geared low enough that I can take off from a dead stop without pedaling but only about 30 miles per hour top speed.
How did you put disc brakes on the bike in front can you please make a video I am wanting to put them on mine but the forks don't have mounts for the caliper
I just cut two tabs out of a 1/4 inch plate steel. If you send me an email address on a private message I can send you some close up pictures of them welded onto the tubes if you would like.
I have several questions about the build. Can you connect with me? My email is info@ericanthonyproductions.com I want to make sure I even have the right motor
@@djericanthony I'll send you my email information I'll try to help wherever I can, if you're building one you're going to love it when you get it done.
I bought an eBay front rim that was set up for disk brakes and a caliper. Then I welded 2 small tabs onto the fork tube to hold the caliper. A little silver paint on the tabs and you don't even notice them. It works great being able to stop it now.
It won't let me post a picture but it was just the standard 49cc eBay motor for a bicycle. It comes with gas tank chains and everything you need to install.
Nice bike I have the red one, got it in 2010 and had fun with it but I always wanted to put a motor on it. I've looked up a lot over the years and most of the motorized Jesse James bike's people make they cut it up and repaint it. I didn't want to do that so I never did, But your bike is Sick and it looks doable. Like buddy said it would be nice to see how you Attached the Motor better.

I bought it all from Amazon. I got a front rim that would work with the disc brake and I ordered a 203 mm rotor and a standard disc brake caliper. I had to weld two small tabs to the front fork to mount the caliper. It works great I can stop it now without burning up rear coaster brakes all the time.
It's the chrome muffler that comes with the kit that's gutted out and an automotive chrome tailpipe tip slid over the end. I used 3/4 inch conduit to make the front of the pipe.
I found the seat on eBay years ago. I did have to Weld the seat post to a different position so I could move the seat back far enough for my long legs.
I made the mounts out of some 1/8" plate and split a piece of 1 3/4" inch roll bar tube and then bent and welded them together. I got the seat from gas bike, I did cut and weld the seatpost to move the seat back 6". I'm going to try in the next few weeks to make a close up video of the mounts in different things I made on the bike, stay tuned.
I'd be interested in selling it. I haven't had it out in over a year. I also have a brand new spare motor to go along with it. I live in Washington State. Make me an offer. I guarantee it's the nicest build you will find.
At this time I would be interested in selling it. I haven't thought about pricing it, make me an offer. It is still in perfect condition. I have it wrapped up in plastic and sitting in storage right now.
Looks cool in everything, but I am not on board with this whole putting a motor on a rare bike like this. I bought two of them this month both of them are Chrome and I'm going to leave them original you destroyed this by putting that engine on there it's worth less now than it was without it. It is no longer original it is no longer a Jesse James bike it is now your bike your build and pardon me for saying so but I do not like it.
I think i'm ready to sell it I don't ride it anymore. Make me an offer. I also have a brand new spare motor if you're interested. It is in perfect condition and I live in Washington state.
