This is my OCC chopper bike build took me about 6 months to build to this point no welding needed forgot to mention it has a little spealer system too but it gets overpowered by the exhaust sadly hahaha 😆.
The styling is based on a 2009 Harley Davidson CVO springer that my older brother had when I was growing up bike is vinyl wrapped for the flame designs hope you enjoy!
Thanks for checking out the build and I hope you have a nice day!

Thanks Arturo mini chopper bikes are nice and fun too I just designed this one to work with California's laws and be street legal without having to deal with the DMV or any insurance but if that doesnt matter for you where you live I say look into mini chopper bikes they are faster and nicer than a motorized bicycle probly cheaper too all the things I did to the bike added up hahaha 😆

Engine kit?
@ArtEatSan
@ArtEatSan 2 месяца назад
I personally don't recommend the same engine kit as the one i bought I believe there is more better bang for the buck engines of the same size check the ending of my other video linked below for my personal engine recommendations if I were to build it all over again id go with one of those 2 engines ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-R6aGy3o8G6Y.htmlsi=hejCJbQNZEObhB6F

@@NickGiles1979 thank you Nick were you thinking of building a motorized OCC chopper or just a motorized bike in general? And another thing to consider is how fast of a speed you want out of it. Lastly it would be the cost of getting what you want out of it I should probly add that to total up how much ive put into building the bike too that'll give everyone a good idea before starting any motorized bike projects

@@ArtEatSan I have a similar frame in mind, The Zeda Brigand. I LOVE the frame you have...I love your build period because it is LITERALLY my favorite color...The ONLY thing I would do differently is the handlebars....But beyond that your bike is just.... Beautiful. As far as speed goes....I am not looking to break any land speed records. I am in no hurry to have a bicycle frame disintegrate under me because I was going Mach Jesus (that is a speed) As far as cost I am well aware this isn't a cheap endeavor... This is probably going to end up being something I do over the winter and have ready to roll next Riding season. I am in the middle of a Mountain bike resto mod and that's gonna be this summer's project...New BMX bars, I am debating on new wheels that can accommodate Disc brakes but for now at least new shifters cables, tires a stem and handlebars....

Yoo how did u wire stage 2 cdi
@ArtEatSan
@ArtEatSan Год назад
Thanks for checking out the build ill leave a link for the BBR stage 2 CDI instructions I followed the same only difference is my stage 4 engine has black and red wires coming from it so the red will connect to the blue on the CDI instead and black to black. Also your killswitch may have different wire colors but it doesnt matter the colors as long as one gets crimped with the blue and the other with the black from the CDI you'll be good. Hope that helps you with your build!👍 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-2_c2P0_4QTM.html

How did u put a disc brake on the front?
@ArtEatSan
@ArtEatSan 7 месяцев назад
I bought a disk brake add on bracket from BBR thats supposed to be used for the rear end of bikes for a disc brake but I modified it a bit and added a few place holding bolts to keep it in place the hardest part was aligning the rotor then bending it to get it as true as possible to the disk brake caliper and not scrape on the pads the trueing take a lot of time and effort but its all worth it because I only need that front brake to fully stop the motorized bike I dont even need the rear brake. I'll be making a video series in another 2 months explaing my build process for the motorized bike including what I did to put a disc brake in the front ill tag you a link when I upload the video for it.

@@NickGiles1979 Thank you very much Nick for your appreciation of the bike build yeah at first I just wanted to pick up a occ chopper and toss a motor on it but knowing me I was not just going to build another motorized bike I had time on my hands so I went at it to make it look as close as possible to my brother's old Harley that I loved but cant afford and once I started adding on things it just kept going with more features and upgrades hahaha its funny but I thought I was done yet I think im going to add 2 more upgrades to it before its finished the most important for this is a OCC chopper CNC motor mount for chain alignment I should have bought it at the start of the build but the price was just out of budget at the time. Thanks for not being in a rush id like to get you the best info that I can so ill make a brief video of pictures from start to finish with parts cost and what I would personally recomend after building the bike if I were to do it again
