The apps keep restarting alot if you open up certain apps every thing that you had running in the background completely shuts off like Spotify or RU-vid this phone is stressful sometimes when you try to take a picture or video on this phone it completely freezes up for about 3-5 mins
I was also irritated with this issue too. But I figured it out after messing with some settings. You have to go in the apps settings and turn off "pause app activity if unused"
I'm trying to use screen record on this phone. Every tutorial says to swipe down and/or over and hit Screen Record. I don't have a tab that says screen recorder. If I hit edit under swipe down I see it, but it is just a button, not an actual tab to start it. I see setting for Screen Record under Display, but nothing to actually run it. Any suggestions on how to start it or add it to swipe down? Thanks!
And for those of us that have issues with our hands, &/or voice, everything all of these manufacturers keeps "adding" features, that people like me, can't or don't want to use.
I'm trying to figure out if I should sell my Pixel 7 Pro and get this so I can have some extra cash. I really like the stylus that it comes with and I don't use everything the Pixel has to offer.
Though there is a lot of fluff settings described in this video. I am looking for ways to disable things on this phone. I don't like the google assistant on the power button, forcing a screen lock, bloatware, forced Moto apps. Things like that are what I'm looking for. Than you for this video anyhow. I think you have done some more in depth videos in the past but atleast you put in the effort. You are awesome but this video was not.
You can disable the voice assistant, and most moto apps. Just go to settings>apps>all apps & then click on the apps you don't want & hit either disable or uninstall (some cannot be uninstalled, but disabling them removes them from your app tray & effectively acts as if they're deleted).
@@maevroses thank you for your response. I figured most of it out. Now the only one is the security lock . i don't lock my phone and the phone forces you to. Any help there?
Someone please tell me how to force it to open links in a full browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) instead of opening in the light browser of the various apps. Setting Default Apps -> Browser App to a specific browser like Chrome or Firefox still allows the different apps to open links in their light browsers. I would like to be able to change this. If you go to Deault Apps -> Opening Links and then go to each app, it doesn't allow you to specify a full browser (Chrome, Firefox) to open links either. Where are the settings? Super annoyed with these little hickups of this phone.
