Review of the Masters of the Universe Origins Turtles of Grayskull Mutated Ram Man figure that is part of wave two of the Turtles of Grayskull line. I also so some parts swapping with other available Origins and Masterverse Ram Man figure Accessories.

Now that was one damn good review! The first thing I thought when I saw this figure was that it would be an excellent base for making a great Origins Ram Man with modern articulation so I was really looking forward to your review as I knew you will deliver on that idea! 😃 For those that don't want to make permanent mods to their figures, color on the stomach and the back can be easily hidden with a piece of black heatshrink. In case you are unable to find that diametar, black balloon is great alternative. Area around the neck can be covered with a piece of black cloth which should be held in place with armor. The boots are tricky as it seems that the best option would be to just paint them black, but that would make the mod irreversible. That peg looks like it matches the boots on Masterverse figures so that might work. NE Ram Mans boots look like they would fit, but getting them back on is a pain, because of that rubber pants that need to be tucked in, so I don't suggest trying it. :D It also looks like Origins Ram Man boots would be a perfect fit but that would 99,9% require some persuasion with Dremel, which would, once again, make the mod irreversible. They should be removable though, as they can swivel.

Yeah I also mentioned about using some kind of fill material to hide the purple when trying to make a New Origins Ram Man with the other parts. That black shrink wrap is a good idea too. I also thought about just painting those Ram feet black..but then they still look like animal feet instead of black boots. The Masterverse boots might work or be close. But you would still have to drill deeper for the larger peg to go all the way in. I actually looked at some Masterverse boots. I also thought about bringing those into the review. But again they need some custom work many people don't want to get involved in. So I just tried to keep it more simple with parts swapping👍

Thanks for stopping in as always! Yeah I was wondering if the Two different Ram Man armor pieces can work between The Mutant Ram Man and Raphael since they are both part of wave 2 and the Armor was given to Raphael in the bio from Ram Man.👍

this is all sorts of awesome. The new designed mutant versions are far more impressive than new armour, imo. This shows us how much mattel can do with this buck.

He also has the potential to customize him somewhat to another updated version of Ram Man for the Origins by using parts from the first Ram Man figure like I showed!

I’m very impressed by this figure as well! I’m still a bit mixed on the mutated He-Man, but it’s grown on me! So this look is growing on me as well! I kind of wish they had been able to implement the ramming action feature in his legs, but the fact you can use the regular Ram Man legs kind of makes that unnecessary. And yeah, nice that you can switch the armor pieces around for both Rammy and Raph, that surprised me! Great review! 🙂 ~Damon

Thanks for watching, and I'm glad to hear you also like the overall design of this Mutant Ram Man figure. The Mutant He-man is also really cool up close! I'm kind of glad they didn't add the action feature because now the legs have better articulation. You can still mix certain parts around from the other Ram Man to this Figure as I showed. But it's not perfect because you can't remove the Large Ram Man boots from that vintage Origins figure. I have a feeling we will see a newer Ram Man or Filmation one down the Road with some of this armor!

Another great video🎉🎉🎉 I found target exclusive mouse jaw at target, Walmart exclusive Moss Man at Walmart. He Man and Man at Arms on Amazon and finally found the 10” funko He Man at a local comic shop. 🎉🎉🎉

RAM MAN mutation is more Ram than Man. 🤔 This figure actually look has more potential than the mutated He-Man in parts or customization fodder. 🤔 Cool review. 👍🏻😁🖖

Yeah, he is really mutated more on the animal Ram side of things. But he does have some potential to customize him with the right parts and accessories to a newer style Ram Man figure like I showed in the review, or at least what I had available. Thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts 👍

Really, REALLY can’t wait to have this guy in hand. Just awesome. This guy looks like a mythic legions character lol. Trap jaw boots make it look awesome. This is my favourite figure from this like, so far.

I have a couple of those figures. The Trap-jaw boots definitely look the best. I'm gonna try to see if I can adapt Masterverse Boots at some point. I love the origins but quit collecting them cause i couldnt find most of them at retail and i didnt want to or couldn't pay double for them on ebay but i still enjoy the videos on them though good job

Thanks for stopping in as always to check out the reviews! Yeah, Origins can be a frustrating line to find at retail. Most of the figures are online at this point unless they are exclusive to a certain store. Ebay and paulmart usually have the newer figures in first. But they cost double as you just mentioned. I would recommend the Big Bad Toy store for Preorders. They have a fair price and decent shipping rates within the USA.

I thought the Ram Man boots would be removable, darn!! Horde Trooper boots might be better to use.

Yeah I wasn't sure if the the original Ram man boots came off. I never tried too. But they are part of those legs. The Horde trooper boots are cool too. But I think they have the Bat Horde symbol on them. If you don't mind that, Then that will work. You can use the black Snake Trooper boots!👍

Curious...have you tried putting this Ram Man's armor, skirt, and/or head on a Masterverse fig?

Thanks for checking out the review! No, I honestly didn't try that! The armor seems designed for a bigger body like this figure. The head will probably work on a Masterverse ball peg. But I just couldn't think what this setup would be interesting on as far as a Masterverse figure at the time of this review. I'm sure with some custom ideas, you can make these parts work on a Masterverse figure.

I think this is using the "Fat Guy" body from the WWE superstars line? Could this be the base for a filmation Ram Man?

Yeah, I think it might be the same body from the WWE guy. I think They also used the WWE Andra the Giant body for the Mutant He-man as well. This could definitely be a base for a filmation Ram Man to come!👌 Thanks for watching!

I looked at those Masterverse Ram Man boots. I can't get mine off. He also has rubber pants that are tucked into the boots and might rip trying to remove them. That is a special custom job that I wasn't getting involved in on camera. I also looked at a Masterverse He-man boot I had loose. The Masterverse boots also have a larger deeper hole for the Masterverse peg. This Ram Man peg is Origins style and not deep enough to hold. Again, this is another more time-consuming custom job. Maybe when I review my Beastman. I'll bring a Masterverse boot in and show an update to see if I can modify them to fit easier. Thanks for watching as always 👍

@somarriba333 Masterverse boots don't normally fit the Origins. The figure does have that larger peg end. But I don't think it is deep enough to plug into Masterverse boots.

I am saying this early so you may touch on it but die you see the sticker on the back of the packaging? They had to fix it so he would be holding the proper weapons

Do you mean the art on the back when Ram Mam is jumping out of the slime pit? The figure can only hold the weapons one way because of that closed Left hand like I showed. I don't why they just didn't make the hand with a semi open design like the right side. Thanks for watching and pointing that out!

@bluraycaper Oh, I didn't even notice that! Lol. I will take another look at that nice card that gets destroyed when I take the figure out of the package. I also wish Mattel made these cards collector friendly like the Mattel Creations exclusive slip cards.
