I wish they had used more of the dance in the movie. It was so beautifully choreographed and performed by all the dancers. Still one of my favorite dance scenes to watch.
Thank you soo much for putting this up. As a dancer I know how hard all these beautiful dancer must have worked on all the choreography for this number and it was mostly cut out of the movie. Thank you so freaking much!
Words cant describe how much I love this... I can watch this on repeat... everything about this is fantastic the choreography... I watch the dancing wanting to dance in this film. The passion wow
the full dance is the best. i also really like how the guy sings roxanne here. it ruined me for the real song though. when i hear the original i feel vaguely disappointed because it is not him.
Caroline is an amazing dancer there's so much passion & emotion in this scene & especially the dance I always wanted to learn ballroom dancing I still want to learn it.

Yes! Thank you very much for posting this one!! It's absolutely gorgeous and fantastic!! Indeed the best scene of the movie, but in the movie you don't get the chance to see the full choreographie!! So nice, thanks again!
I know this is an old video but it's the only place m I can find the fully choreographed version. It's just such a powerful scene, particularly the end where Nina is passed around, the symbolism is so beautiful
Agreed. I don't remember how exactly I ended up watching it but to me after the cancan scene I thought I was through until this moment. I went for "Man this sucks why do people like this movie?" to "This is awesome." Then I lost interest again.
lord that was the most intense 5 minutes and 40 seconds of my life. anyway thank you so much for sharing this! i don't think i could've found the whole choreography anywhere else
Anyone watch DWTS Mon nite? Cheryl Burke used this basic version of the song "Roxanne" in her dance of the 'Argentine Tango' with Jack Osbourne. Cheryl is amazing, and the performance must have been inspired by this piece. Both are heart-rending. So, so good.
no se si me entiendas pero muchas gracias por esta versión llevaba mucho tiempo buscando la coreografia completa para hacerla con mi compañía muchas gracia
They stole the movie IMO. I completely forgot about the main characters during this scene and whenever it cut back to them I just felt annoyed. Like “Shoo shoo! I want to see more dancing.” Was so happy when I found this video.❤️
Krysta Pim I HATE that movie companies use the Internet as their own personal extortion racket. Especially when it comes to classic movies that are older than I am that they block for "copyright" purposes. But I don't mind buying DVD's either. Of which I've got hundreds. This musical is one of them. Including Chicago. And most of the Columbo episodes......
