Also my new friend, Gina, from @anchormoments asked about the difference between 2 popular electrolyte drink packets. I was at Costco today and took some pics of Liquid IV to help to compare. I found your channel this week. Thank you so much for sharing your history in this video. I have so much in common with you, including gastric bypass, beginning weight of over 300 pounds. my start weight was 360. Ive been on Zepbound for 3 months. I switched to compounded Tirzepitide this week. Your channel is a wonderful find for me.

Annette I’m so happy to hear this and glad you found me I hope I can offer hope that this works. I’m thinking that since we had bariatric surgery, it seems to help us get back the same success that the surgery offered As a tool plus having both together seems to be helpful too. I just started making videos about 3 months ago after another person said I could offer tips or experiences from my history too Please continue to comment on anything you have questions about Mai try to be an open book to offer any help I can It will be one year of taking Mounjaro in just 2 weeks and it’s really gone fast. It doesn’t feel like a year. I’ve been able to stay with the same brand but many haven’t been able to. I’m very happy with the Tirzepitide The formulas are the same in Mounjaro and Zepbound so the compounded Tirzepitide seems to be just as good or better. First tips are to drink enough water (aim for 80 oz minimum), focus on proteins (plant base protein and or animal based), get 7-8 hrs of sleep and don’t eat when it’s dark outside. :) oh and take your multivitamins. I was bad with that and with bariatric surgery, you already know how we are deficient Good luck and I look forward to hearing how it goes for you

Thank you and you are 💯 % right I’m so happy in this smaller body I can walk through the sand easier, I don’t get out of breath and I can walk up the cliff Wow so many improvements for sure. Oh and I’m not embarrassed thinking about what others must be thinking when they see a 300 lb person trying to navigate the walk and the sand and then not able to sit all the way down on the sand for fear that getting up will require assistance, if I couldn’t get myself up or even just asking my family to help would make me feel so bad. Now I am finally an “average” size so I don’t have to worry about what people may think and pretend it didn’t bother me. Being smaller is such a gift really 💜 Wow I can’t even express how amazing it is. It’s a miracle to me really

Good Catch I was actually taking my shots on Saturday but changed during Memorial Day weekend you can move it 3 days I am going out of town most weekends this summer so Monday seems more convenient too

@MounjarojourneywithPam thanks makes sense. I also changed my shot day. I moved it from Sunday to Monday so that I could enjoy the whole weekend with my family without dealing with any side effects of the drug.

@@debp3810 that’s a great idea too 👍 right now I’m teaching summer school and I am off at noon but I’m wondering during the regular school year if I would take it in the morning before going or wait until 3:30. How do you feel at work on Mondays

@MounjarojourneywithPam Hi Pam, it works out great because I fast on shot day. So, there are no GI issues, and I pumped with energy because my body is feeding on itself. Now, on Sundays, I'm not fasting. Which didn't bother me in the least, but family and friends were a bit uncomfortable eating in front of me. BTW, I think fasting Mondays is going to continue to be a thing for me. It just helps me set for the week. Best Deb

He he . Funny thing as a kid I just always looked away and I did pretty good But definitely don’t like one shot that was tried to be forced into well I ended up getting pressured from my work at the college and did one shot But this one is making me healthier

@AnchorMoments I found a bag of liquid IV at my daughter’s house tonight and her bag was the kind that has cane sugar and dextrose as the first 2 ingredients. I think I would get the sugar free version. It seems like a really good electrolyte supplement too. For me, I think I will buy LMNT since I like the flavors and none of the
