Mount Kimbie - Made to Stray (DJ Koze Remix) 

Infinitely less interesting but my first time seeing Koze was a 4 hour set in Dublin, and I had just come down from the smoking area as this tune was coming in and as I joined the dancefloor I noticed he had adorned the ol' gorilla mask. It was a really fun little end to the night. Another small anecdote, next time I saw him was in Milan a few years later and I recorded a clip of this track he played that was my peak of the night, which I didn't find for years after, though I attended an ayahuasca ceremony shortly after and swore I heard something similar play from the speaker in the midst of the trip. Turns out, I eventually found that track he played in Milan and it was Nobody Home - Entheogen which sampled an Icaros from an ayahuasca ceremony, very similar to that what I heard on my retreat. Meaningless to anyone reading I'd imagine but for me was almost a sliver of the idea of universal connection. :)

Nice story! I heard it dropped by Koze himself at the old monestary above Barcelona 2015 Sonar festival. Still stands as one of the very best nights out I’ve ever had.

I think the lyrics have to do with a man who is trying to find new hope every day, around people who he sees as being comfortable and 'close to home' "Sure it's time to break, it's late today, you gotta find your way, let's try some new hopes" This part talks to how he is tired and needs to rest, and will hopefully have new hope tomorrow.
