Thanks for making and sharing this video. The tall tree with red-orange bark is a madrone. Manzanita leaves are smaller, and it is usually a shrub, not a tree. Good you included such a beautiful tree in your video.
In 1966, Jayne Mansfield's son Zoltan was mauled by a lion at the JungleLand USA zoo in Thousand Oaks, California. Anton LaVey, the founder of the Church of Satan, drove to the top of Mount Tamalpais and performed a ritual asking Satan to help Zoltan recover from his injuries. Little Zoltan quickly recovered after that! So maybe when you go up Mount Tamalpais next time, you should ask Satan for a favour! 😂
