Great video! I know its difficult when the weather doesn't cooperate or when there are external things like smoke interrupting what we want to do, but that's life, we cant always have what we want but we can make the best out of what we get! Thanks for the shout-out!
Thanks! Yes, I need to be prepared for plan b, c, e... when plan A doesn't work I shut down a bit and don't feel as creative; something I'm working on. Your welcome for the shout out; thanks for your content. Filming hikes in the summer with the fires is hard! Time to plan on plan b, c, e...
Thanks for this and your other videos! I’m always looking for ideas of where to hike. What is the name of the jazzy tune about 1/3 of the way in with the female singer? Thanks!
Thank you! This comment Means a lot. I use Epidemic sound for all my music; it's copyright free music. The song is 'life is for living' by Ivy-Rose Lyon, Maja Norming. Stay tuned for more adventures!
"Look at these beautiful views" LOL!. Oh man, what a bummer. I love vista points, and I am betting Mount Tam provides some gorgeous views. Ugh, the smoke. It has canceled some trips we've wanted to make but I guess we have to expect that. I am thankful though I am not in harms way and feel bad for those who are, so I have learned NOT to complain about the smoke. (Not that you were, but you get my point). Cheers! 😎🥤
I totally get what you mean; just gotta roll with it. We were planning an Oregon trip but now might put it off till fall. Mt Tam has been on my list a long time. Driving up it seemed very promising. We were above the clouds! But driving higher we entered the smoke. Still a great adventure but I lost a little wind in my sails, lol. Thanks for watching. Planning my next adventure now, maybe Tahoe? In about a week I'll be heading to Santa Cruz and all around there.
@@ChooseAdventureCaliforniaStyle Yeah, even before all these fires, we were mostly spontaneous and being in California, and dogging these fires we have to be even more spontaneous....Was in Oregon in 2019, and we loved our stay in Lincoln City on the coast....Tahoe? I am currently working on a Tahoe video, "where to stay." Hopefully it will be helpful. September and early October is definitely the best time to travel to Tahoe!
@@SippyCupAdventures agreed! I look forward to the video. I'm gonna spend today researching and head out tomorrow to film; wherever I end up going... Ill look into Lincoln City, thanks for the tip.
@@ChooseAdventureCaliforniaStyle If in time you choose Lincoln City, hit me up. We had a wonderful stay on the beach with a hot tub on the deck. An amazing stay with the sunset.
