As I've traveled across the US I've met new people, explored new places, and got a lot of quality time in with my co-pilot Dash. Dead Horse Point is right next to Canyonlands and is well worth a visit. It's a 15 minute detour, you won't regret it.
This is on the Intrepid trail system which is fast, flowy, and full of views. This is an incredibly fun ride whether you're a novice or an experienced rider. Keep your eye out for the deep dusty/sandy sections and don't make sharp turns at high speed :-)
