The Snowdonia Fifty is a tick list of my favourite mountain adventures in Snowdonia. It includes walking, mountain biking, scrambling, climbing, mountaineering, ice climbing and even a ski descent.
This is the first episode, filmed during lockdown in May 2020 as I walk from home on the first route in the list; The Foel Fras Circuit from Llanfairfechan.

Lovely to see Skye again! I remember her from our NNAS course back in 2009, when she was only two years old, running back and forth and shepherding us up the mountain :-)

Great stuff, Rob. Is an excellent circuit that, never that fond of the pull up to Foel Fras though ;) Always trust a dog to find the most stinking bog :D

wondeeful video!! love to head to this area as well..but still 2 things are bothering me cant find the ways/trails ...hardly ever marked from bottom to top and i have no idea how long the tours will take up/down. ..and if i am not walking circular how will i get back...not so much public transport here around anybody with some ideas??..would be perfect..!!!!
