That was a beautiful video relaxing. Showed some interesting things. However there was a lot of artistic licence with the bread making. The bread at the end did not look like a sourdough, the texture was that of commercial yeast. It also takes a long time to rise. So I'm a bit confused to be honest. I bake all the time my bread, only by emergency bread from supermarkets. Also get my flour from a local water mill. Nice to show children how things were done.

The first item that she put in the bowl looks like it is a "starter" and from the bubbles it appeared to be alive... so basically yeast in the "no yeast" bread. Beautiful video though... it looks delicious.

It would be nice if she told us what she was adding.
