I wouldn't hesitate to take a family up via the main staircase. The monkeys are fine so long as you have nothing that looks like food or drink in sight. I will probably take only 15-20 minutes to get up there via the main staircase. Cheers

with your knowledge of the country, any interesting finds that match your hiking with archaelogy? the air crash site was a huge accomplishment. south country has a few archaeology sites, for ex wat tham, but idk if any climbing involved. northeast ban chiang is the most famous one.

I've never been that big on archaelogy tbh, that doesn't mean I don't appreciate it when I come across it just that I'm usually attracted to locations because of their natural beauty or terrain first. I presume you saw the video I did about the old wall in Lampang Province. I do have some sites of archaelogical interest penned in for future videos, just a matter of when I can get the time/resources to d them. Cheers

Yes mate, I'm only keen on camera mounts on motorbikes, other than that I prefer to hand hold so I can frame the shots. A bit precarious sometimes though. Cheers

I bought a soi dog and monkey stick that is collapsing. Can’t wait to try it. It’s from the Chinese site Temu and it was under 3$us . I bought five to give away in Thailand and if I see you I’ll try to hold one back. It’s a humorous at the least
