Mountfield SP454 140cc Self Propelled Petrol Lawnmower Will It Run?

Hi, I have one of these and have cleaned and sorted the carb but whenever I attach I get a leak out of the back of it where it joins on the engine side. Have replaced Gasket and the bolts won't go any tighter so wondering what the problem is. Is there a rubber seal or anything I have missed?

I don't know what happened with that one But it is forward on the lever for choke??

Can anyone tell me how the throttle works on this Im at loss bought new gaskets and choke lever it all works the choke but the throttle is not working can anyone help with the linkage setup thank you

Hi Mate I have a Mountfield XTE 50 EMPEROR 1980s or 90s for sale It works I just serviced it Roller cable snap at top and missing plastic case on the left side on the inside of the handle bar Can you advise me on the price I should ask and possibly of parts I looked on eBay etc Look forward to hearing from you soon Thanks
