I worked the fryer at jack in the box. They totally ruined that mouse taco. You need to set the timer on the fryer for 3 minutes once you start frying.

Instant regret. That oil is hotter than boiling water, that’s why things crackle when you throw them in. The water is evaporating quick. Mouse even tried to jump out but it was too late.
