In 1 💵 u can get about 14 to 15 small packet of Maggie and that is enough for you to eat atleast 1 and half day.... U just need some water and some source of heat energy... And takes only 5 minutes to make it... I have lived like this many times in my Bachelor life... Not because of scarcity of money its because i don't have to spend times on cooling meals for all my mate 😂😂

@@mruchiha3597 India is Affordable Country for all But that Doesn't mean Indian currency's value is very low or sucks compared to dollar (there's tonnes of Country whose Currency value is even lower or cheaper compared to Indian currency But things In those countries R super Expensive Even for most ppl in the City of that country itself!)

When in Indian big cities, never buy food from main street shops if you are in budget. Because the rents are huge for these places, they have to make food costly. If you go out 2/3 side streets away (into smaller residential streets), you may be able to find more budget shops/eateries.

I'm a college student, apart from fees, my daily essential expense would be like, Travel - $0.082(Student's ticket in public transport), Lunch - non veg, at $1.3 or $0.76 Snacks - at $0.14, 0.27, 0.55 ...etc. So it'll be maximum 2$😂.... but in a way it good and bad, because average minimum wage is low and still somewhat hesitant to spend just some 5 or 6 dollars...

He chose a wrong place. Connaught place is very expensive plus his local guide did not know much. There are many street food vendors near the Hanuman Temple. Also, if you are in most local areas you could get a large samosa or bread pakoda or puri bhaji for 10-20, so $1 would have been 3 full meals and a bit.
