That's almost 100% the way I make my Mongolian beef. I use beef tenderloin and it's tender as all get out. A little FYI, if you reduce that sauce and make it thicker it makes a great sticky sauce to toss wings in. Everyone I make wings for just loves it. Great video AB. 👍
