It's Tourettes Awareness Day on 7th June and our campaign 'Move For Tourettes' is all about setting yourself a physical challenge. For this you'll receive a medal, raise TS awareness and get more fit and healthy - everyone's a winner! Research suggests that physical activity can reduce tics.
