One thing I never see on videos like these that would be awesome is a breakdown of what you are getting for the taxes. If is one thing to say your taxes are this amount but what services are you gettting for that amount? That could make the difference when searching for a home. If there area is high on taxes due to items that you don't feel bring value to you, it might be better to find a home in another area where the taxes are being spent on items that are important to you.
I would like to be honest. Absolutely no doors, windows or roof are hurricane resistant. I have lived in Florida all my life. After a hurricane 🌀. I have witnessed the removal of the carpet.........
@@slim9978 Thats a loaded question.. many different variables goes into a mortgage payment.. credit, interest rate, downpayment, etc. Lets say you paid $250,000, 3.5 % downpayment, credit score is around 640, interest rate is around 6.2%, you are looking at a mortgage around $1900.. THIS IS AN ESTIMATE.. i am not a mortgage lender.
They don't require additional insurance. Since it is a brand new home, you don't necessarily have to get the tank and well inspected but you could/should.
Needs vaulted ceilings it feels small well 1300 sq feet is small condo size no stainless steel no granted counters top u can definitely change that but the vaulted ceilings you can not
Is this property horse zoned? If not do you come across horse properties with facilities on the property, 2-3 acres. New builts or resales built in the last 3-5 years. Single level,3-4 bedrooms, 1-2 bathrooms, tile/ wood floors, large rooms, alot of storage, just a few items that I'm looking for in my home.. I've been looking in the Ocala, Florida area around The National Equestrian Center which I'll be part of. What's going on with the home insurance/ property insurance.

Let me see if I get this right. The house is $249,900. The taxes is $3200 or cheaper with some loopholes! You said an investor could purchase the house and rent it out for $1,700! What if I Rent it out for $750. That would give me a profit of $4300 in my account after Taxes and Insurance! Why would I cheat people out of $11,400 a year? Because I'm GREEDY? That's what's wrong with the prices of homes skyrocketing in Texas. Because of GREED! A 4bdr 3ba 2 car garage 3200 sqft freshly built home use to cost $250,000. Now that same house 20 years old will cost $650,000-750,000. What did they do, go back and put gold bricks and diamonds in that house? Sounds like someone is GREEDY, money hungry, love money. Which is the root of all evil. Money itself is not the root of evil, it's the love of money that's the root of all evil!

Nice. But small. Built in pool wanted. There is no Floridian room. No screen in, for outside. Dark cabinets make it look smaller. I’m a big family. Myself my husband 5 grandkids. My daughter passed in a crash. I’m the grandma bringing them up. Looking for a beautiful master suit. 4 bedroom. With a den. Good yard in size. But a Floridian room with screen and a pool. I understand I might have to make it separate. But the outside is not what I’m looking for. No carpet. White cabinets for sure. The closets are small.
Are there any small homes like 2 BR and 2 BA or 1/1 /2 in central florida under 200,00? And low taxes? 3:47 No condo or association fees. I guess I may be asking for too much.

I'm glade she's happy and get ready for very high taxes and nothing in Ocala to do. You must have a car there is no bus service here and let me tell you i have 44, 000 miles on my 2 year old truck because you have to drive everywhere you go. Nothing close to you in Ocala.
