For your body shower concerns, girl you need to get a shower cap! It makes everything so much better, because you just don't have to worry about getting your hair wet. Also, bonus points if you get one that looks absolutely ridiculous. I always laugh when I catch a glimpse of myself wearing mine in the mirror!

The new house looks amazing! ✨ When you showed the map you sketched out it reminded me of what some of my profs always say: an academic is supposed to know a lot about very little. You're not supposed to know everything about everything, not even everything about your very specific field! I know I can also get major anxiety over the fact that I want to feel like I have a good grasp on my field, but we're going to feel adrift sometimes, and it's fine!

Yesss, bed headboard on the other wall will make the room flow really nice! Also I recommend the browser extension called karma - it will pop up and tell you if your product that you want is sold cheaper somewhere else! Love your vids, I'm moving in to my townhouse in MI next week!

Love the map you showed. I get so scared that I “can’t remember everything because there’s so much to know”, I definitely need to refine it and work it down to the 1 exact area I do have to know.

exactly!! It's so easy to get ahead of ourselves and set unrealistic expectations and demands.
