In 2020, we bought a house in a small town just 20 minutes from La Paz (and 2 hours from Los Cabos.) It's been a great adventure and we are so glad we are spending our first winter in Mexico. Temperatures here are in the 70s and 80's during the winter, versus the 40's or 50's back home in Oregon.
Our Spanish skills are novice at best, but we've been able to get by while we continue weekly lessons.
