Thanks so much for your vids, I find them very helpful. I'm a late bloomer with hsp; mine not coming on until my mid 60s. I find your technique of using the cane and a walking stick extremely useful; thanks for that little bit of advice. Cheers.

I also have hsp.. and i feel so sad because of it.. it started with me at the age of 15 :( i hate how people stare at me. somehow i feel if i was living in europe or US. things wouldnt be that hard on me that much. I think the government there takes care of people with such cases. I wish i could share how i feel with someone about this. But honestly i brag you that you had the courage to post your issue .

Have u thought about the baclofen pump

Hi I have HSP4 I see Dr.Fink at U of M Hospital in Michigan He will have medication to test soon for this disease. I'm going to test the medication I use cain or walker I'm able to mow the lawn and smile daily
