Jay, this is such a lovely interview. It really speaks to the sacrifices we make for our sport when we move away from home to train. It is such an interesting, challenging, and ultimately rewarding life that not many people get to live. It simply changes the course of your life and the person you become. The interview was done so thoughtfully and compassionately; it yielded moving and authentic content. Jay, please do more of this. It fits with your role of being the heart and engine of the squad. Joanna, one suggestion- if you interview in this location again, keep the camera in the same place but swap chairs with your guest so we can see their face. Love yours too girl, but would have loved to see more of Olivia's face instead of just her profile since she did most of the speaking.
