Yes but Vancouver is the warmest province in Canada so people that are anticold are usually advices to stay there but provinces like Saskatchewan are always in -20° during winter. But no one should discourage another from relocating cos you will adjust eventually and if that person is still there and hasn't ran away because of cold,why discouraging another🤷

@@ades8427 hi, I used a cab to get to my hotel in Vancouver then flew to my city two days later. You can download the Uber app before landing and once you’re connected to the internet, your location will be updated and you can book a cab.
