MovingHeads Halogen / Entladungslampe durch LED ersetzen.
Ich bin kein Elektriker. Die gezeigten Umbaumaßnahmen sollen nicht nachgemacht werden. Das Video dient zur Unterhaltung, nicht als Lehrvideo.
Die Betriebserlaubnis erlischt natürlich nach dem Umbau!

Danke für das Video, jetzt erübrigt sich meine Frage ob das geht , ich habe die GLP Ypoc 250 und werde diese nun umbauen, da diese baugleich mit deinen Heads sind . Top danke

die idee ist geil wolte es damals auch machen mit den glp ypoc aber bin dan doch auf led gewechelt aber hätte ne 100w led genommen die 44w ist da etwas wenig find ich gruß

Ich denke die nächsten werden auch mit einer stärkeren LED sein. Aber ich habe immer Probleme, ein passendes Netzteil für die LEDs zu finden.

you could remove the heavy ballast because it is no longer necessary for the focus hehe

I've tried it. But the screws have nuts that are behind the metal structure in the base. I'd have to disassemble the entire base to get the ballast out. So it stays ;D

Which wire have you modify to make it work?

I used the cables that go form the big ballast coil in the base to the lamp igniter in the head. Disconnect it from the ballast to the new LED transormator. Remove the lamp igniter and connect the wires to the LED. The LED will always stay on als long there's power. The starting and turn of function is not in use. If you trying to start the missing lamp it will give a lamp error on the LCD, but it will still work.

Hey i have been thinking to do some diy modification like this,so originally your moving head are 5r bulb or 7r? how you decide to use 44w led cob?thanks in advance

It had originally a MSD/HSD 230V / 250 W GY-9,5 bulb. I just searched for the brightest LED that this shop offered. There are brighter LEDs out there but you have to have space to keep them cool and to fit the reflector. But I have to say I'm not an expert in LED tech.

Hi! Wie kommt es, dass man solche Umbauten kaum im Internet findet? Wir überlegen Ähnliches zu tun.

Ich denke es liegt daran, dass das viel zu lange Zeit in Anspruch nimmt, wenn man am Prozess an sich keine Spaß hat. Außerdem gibt es für verkraftbares Geld auch China MHs, die zwar weniger Effekte und DMX Kanäle haben, aber alle schon LED sind. Und zum Umbau, der bei jedem Modell anders ist, kommt noch das Filmen dazu.

Hallo. Ich habe mich für Ihre Arbeit interessiert. Ich habe ähnliche Lampen, ich wollte etwas Ähnliches machen, die Lampe in ein Eis umwandeln. Ich bin nicht in der Natur dieser Art von Messgerät. Es gibt keinen großen Unterschied. Vielen Dank im Voraus für deine Hilfe
