What does the outdoor dome do to the indoor beam? Additionally, I have purchased over the course of multiple years different outdoor movers... they do not operate at the same speed pan and tilt. Is there a way in xLights to slow the faster moving one down a bit?
covers do not affect the beams at all unless they are dirty, which they do get outdoors, As far as adjusting in xlights you can adjust teh slew rate for the visuals in XL on your PC screens, but no way to slow down the speed on the actual moving heads unless you use longer times in your pan ramps and tilts, or value curves to try to match the faster units to the slower ones.
That is not how you measure current with a clamp type amp meter. Your readings are not even close to reality. You need to clamp around ONE wire in the AC cable only. Either neutral or hot. By clamp "around" I mean the single wire should be at about the center of the clamp ring and not between the jaws. The jaws need to be completely closed, (instructions are your friend). BTW, the rest of the demo seems good. Did you try Magical Light Shows moving head? (or was that the center one?)
