Kind your thinking on house mate too for her opion. Is house mate your close friend? I miss shearing a room with 2 sisters. I moved out a year ago,finely got my home last bits,some my clothes went to charity that i wanted,guitar oh no. Sad but have to get over all. Rain in England heavy,cold.
