This is so amazing for me, to see you just settle somewhere completely else. It gives me a lot of inspiration and hope that you truly can decide for yourself how you want to live. Privilege is obviously a factor, I know, but it is just so wonderful to see the limits being erased like this.

Wow, it’a a beautiful home, it’s quite huge for a couple! But I don’t get one thing - you got rid of your belongings to start living “freely” and “on the road” and now you are planning on buying furniture for rental place in foreign country? Makes little sense and is quite not sustainable… finding a place with furniture you need was not an option?

Would love to know how you found this beautiful place!! And it’s so convenient that there’s all the furniture already! Is it a common thing in Cape Town? Or are you renting an Airbnb? How long are you planning on staying? I’ve heard that there are electricity cuts every day for hours in Cape Town, is it that bad? Would love to know how is the vibe. Do you feel safe? Are black and white people hanging out together or is it very separated? Seems like a great place (for nature!!!) but I don’t know much about it :)

I’m from South Africa, we do have severe electricity outages but it’s not everyday. Black and white people most certainly hangout together and yes the nature is absolutely breathtaking!

Can I ask do you have to live in a compound or have a guard in Cape Town? In Mozambique everyone has a doorman but I’ve heard security is more of a problem in South Africa

I learned to do the neti pot cleansing exercise in my yoga teacher training:) it actually is practice as everything else. and to prevent it to go up, you definitly should lean your head forward!!:)

be careful with the Neti pot, only use boiled or sterile water! don't use it with tap water!

Salut Chloé ,je viens de voir que tu demande des conseilles pour la douche de nez . Alors j’aime beaucoup le concept et ça m’aide beaucoup à libérer les voies nasales . Je sais pas quel sel vous mettez dedans mais moi par exemple je ne supporte que certaines marque de sels pour laver le nez . Il faut utiliser du sel exprès pour le nez ,moi je les achète au dm en Allemagne . Mais tu peut aussi aller en pharmacie je pense . Car je crois que le sel de cuisine n’est pas trop trop bon pour les muqueuses .. voilà j’espère que je t’aurais aidé . Bisous 😘

Neti pot is very handy, you just need to be careful with how your head is tilted & positioned. Just follow some instruction (video) carefully, good luck :)

What solution does he use for his "nose cleansing". It shouldn't be painful. But if you don't have a sinus problem then it's not really necessary to do it, and even worst to do it daily. For my sinus issues I normally drink a lot of water during the day to keep the mucous membrane of my body well hydrated and avoid sinus pain. P.S: Dry air often increases my sinus pain.

Lovely video as usual! Re. Nasal flush … stick with it, the fact it’s going to your brain means that you particularly need your nasal passages flushing out, I experienced the same :)

Hi Chloe! Congratulations on you new home and life in South Africa! the berries that you ate towards the end of the video are called golden berries (uvillas in Spanish) they are native from the Andes, they grow wild here in Ecuador. And also, tomatoes should be picked red... they are not so tasty if they ripen away from the plant.

I love Cape Town. I lived six months at Cape Town six years ago and i'm thinking everyday at this Town. I Hope you will have lot of good aventures ! And you need to go to eat at bokaap kombuis.
