Poor Leah, her parents always screaming in her ear. Always left with a bottle in the crib. No one is interacting with her or giving her toys or something to play with. She is so calm through all the chaos. I feel bad for her.

I think everyone forgets that Amber was like 14 when she started dating Gary and he was 19! She got pregnant shortly after they started dating and was expected to hold most of the burden of motherhood while also being a child herself! She had little support, and you can see tell tell signs of Postpartum in these episodes! I really feel for Leah!

Running theme with majority of the teen moms. They all have rough home life's, they didn't feel loved, and have abusive (emotionally/physically) or neglectful parent that they were unable to talk to. Majority of them get yelled and screamed at or name called when trying to talk to their parents. And they are forced to hide things from them and look for love and positive attention in other places.

Well he kinda had valid reasons to withhold Leah a lot when amber dated. Remember the guy she met at Walmart I believe and she was letting this strange man who she BARELY knew change Leah’s diapers! And fought with Gary saying her bf can change Leah’s diapers if he wants too. Gary wasn’t having it and rightfully so

I don't get how Farrah always refers to her parents by their first name...Debra and Michael. If I called either of my parents by their names they would freak out and i would be in so much trouble. It doesnt matter if im 16 or 40 or 60. The only names I can call them are Mom/Mother or Dad/Father.

Apparently it's because her older sister Ashley (who is not his biological child) has always called him Michael and Farrah mimicked her growing up and it just stuck. Farrah seems to use both Michael and Dad for him interchangeably.

I’m not a Farrah fan. Never have been and prob never will be. BUT I will say. She was so pretty in the beginning. Her attitude made her unattractive. But knowing what she went through and was going through on the show. I see why she acted the way she did sometimes. Bc her mom wasn’t a walk in the park. But…..Idk why she messed her face up with surgery and stuff. I don’t have the highest self esteem. But I do know that I wouldn’t have plastic surgery unless it was medically necessary.

An uncle SA’d Farrah when she was younger and both her parents swept it under the rug and protected the uncle. Michael also was in a physical altercation with Sophia’s dad before Farrah gave birth and had charges pressed against him. Just remember there’s always reason for why ppl act the way they do.

Ryan was so afraid to show and say his true feelings. You can see he loved Maci but he didnt know how to show and tell her. I mean they was both young trying to be in love and be parents. I think he wanted Maci to show she would never give up on him no matter what. I dont know why but some times our partners test us Maci tested him and he failed and he did his own test and to him she failed.

I know in one episode she said she called him by his first name because so did her sister and she didn't want her sister to feel left out or awkward. I don't know if that's the truth behind it but it's all I know, as far as what Farrah has said regarding the manner.

It’s not her biological dad. It’s her step dad and honestly you shouldn’t force a child to call their step parent dad until they’re ready IF they’re ever ready. I call my step mom my stepmom when talking to other people but because I still have my bio mom in my life I don’t feel comfortable calling them both mom. So I call her by her name when I address her. I mean any disrespect by it. I love her.
