My question is: How roughly do your word counts equate to page numbers? Ie. What was the word counts for Marionettes or TAVP? And how many pages did they equate to when printing?

There are a couple calculators online that can tell you this, you just need to know, the font type/size, and the page size/spacing. My 70K word book was about 280 pages. Her books are like 100k so maybe like 350?

Do you think you'll look to buy where you're currently living or do you want to explore more cities/areas before committing? In one video you mentioned possibly considering Seattle. I've never been, but the PNW is definitely on my list. :) Also, how do you meet people when you move to an entirely new region & WFH? I struggle with that because where I live it seems like most people over 25 are married with kids.

Seattle is pretty, but expensive. People often complain about making friends here and I think it's just because we have so many introverts, but if you love hiking or outdoorsy things there are lots of groups to join. Also the PNW is a lot of single people with dogs, so don't worry about the married young crowd.
